Previously I have discussed how my final idea has failed and I had to rethink my direction.
This shows that final year projects can take some twists and turns… However I am back to my original smart home idea to aid people mobility. I didn’t want to do just another phone app, I wanted to push myself with this new idea and try to create something cool. I have began a huge research figjam board for this project to keep everything together.
I have began with looking at smart home research, just generic stuff to get me familar with what it is and what is available theses days.
I have showed Paul and he suggested that I create some persona’s and also research into the future, try to create a service design or product that could be feaseble within 20 - 30 years, to really push the project.
I will create blog posts about all of this research individually, to talk in depth about what I have learned, but I want to keep all of this on the same figjam to keep all research together when someone wants to access it all.
